CrossFit Defense w/ Coach Chris


Cow Harbor Crossfit is happy to offer a series of classes in CrossFit Defense! In the past we have offered this in the evening, and we would like to afford those who can attend in the morning an opportunity to take advantage of these valuable classes. The response in the past has been excellent!


The dates are as follows:
Monday October 16th - Thursday October 19th at 7:30 AM.

These classes, like CrossFit itself, is designed for everyone. The material is presented in a realistic way, designed for people of all skill levels. No experience in self defense is necessary. There are no age or fitness requirements. The material presented will give the students real world concepts and methods to defend oneself. You will very quickly realize that "defense" has a much broader meaning than you thought. 

While obviously it is encouraged, you do not have to attend every class. Please come to any or all of the classes you can make and take advantage of the training provided. 
All are welcome at no cost - including Members, Family, and Friends.

***Note: It is requested that any open gym/goat work/post 6:30 work be tabled for those 4 days between 7:30-8:30 am. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. 

What is CrossFit Defense?
If CrossFit is the study of human movement, CrossFit Defense is the study of human movement as it relates to violence, fear and aggression. Athletes are taught close quarter skills and combines fun, dynamic, and effective drills that are extremely effective for anyone of any age who may have to defend themselves.
