Skill:

'One Arm Carries'

1) Review proper form and technique for a suitcase carry then...

2) Perform an 800m Suitcase Carry!

*Try to limit the amount of resting!

WOD:

With a partner complete the following for time:

21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9

  • Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

50 - 50 - 50 - 50 - 50

  • Double Unders (each)

*Perform the workout in the following manner:

P1 = 21 Hang Power Snatch

P2 = 21 Hang Power Snatch

P1 & P2 = 50 Double Unders (each)

P1 = 18 Hang Power Snatch

P2 = 18 Hang Power Snatch

P1 & P2 = 50 Double Unders (each)

etc.. etc... etc....

*Once your team is finished perform the following AMRAP until the last group is done with the WOD:

  • 20 Synchronized Air Squats
  • 20 Synchronized Pushups
  • 20 Synchronized Burpees
