*Two weeks ago Coach Adam mis-programmed the Filthy Fifty workout. There were many side eyes given to Coach Adam. Coach Adam does not like side eyes or angry people. So...give the people what they want! A RE-DO!!!!! Here it is folks...let's do it again!!!!! YAY!!!!

'Filthy Fifty'

  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 50 Jumping Pullups
  • 50 KBS (35 lbs / 25 lbs)
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 50 Knees to Elbows
  • 50 Push Press (45/35)
  • 50 Back Extensions or Supermans
  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double Unders
