  • 8 SA DB Press (each arm)
  • 8 Table Rocks

Skill:

  • Back Squats X 5 @ 60% + 5 Seated Box Jumps
  • Back Squats X 4 @ 70% + 5 Seated Box Jumps
  • Back Squats X 3 @ 80% + 5 Seated Box Jumps
  • Back Squats X 2 @ 85% + 5 Seated Box Jumps
  • Back Squat X 1 @ 87% + 5 Seated Box Jumps
  • Back Squat X 1 @ 90% + 5 Seated Box Jumps

WOD:

  • 5 Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 10 One Arm OH KB Lunges (24/16)
  • 15/10 Calorie Row
