  • :30s Table Hold
  • 10 Feet Together Squats

Skill:

1) Review movements and the proper form/technique

2) Superset the following for 3 total sets:

  • 5 Shoot throughs
  • :30s L-Sit
  • 5 HSPU or Tempo Deficit Pushups

*Tempo Deficit Pushups should be done elevated on Parallettes!

WOD:

'Mary'

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Pistols
  • 15 Pullups
