Warmup:

3x through:

  • 10X10m Sprints
  • 10 Med Ball Cleans
  • 10 KB Strict Presses (each arm/light weight)
  • 10 BTN Snatch Grip Push Presses

Skill:

1) Review movement and proper technique then...
 
2) EMOM for 12 minutes perform:
  • Hang Snatch + Snatch @ 75-80% of 1RM

WOD:
