Warmup:

1) Team Dynamic

2) 2x through:

  • Ape Walk (Down & Back)
  • 10 PVC Step Overs
  • 10 PVC Bob & Weaves

Skill:

1) Review movement and proper technique then...

2) Perform the following:

  • 5 X 3 Hang Squat Cleans

*any style (i.e. Hi Hang, Mid Hang, Low Hang)

**Building over the course of 5 sets or so...

WOD:

Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes complete:

  • 5 Tall Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 500/400m Row
  • 5 Ring Muscle Ups

*You can also choose to run 400m instead of Row*
