HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

 

Warmup:

 

1) Speed Ladder

2) Iron Scap

3) 3x through:

  • 8 Air Squats
  • 8 Pushups
  • 8 Situps

Skill:

1) Review movements and proper technique

2) Superset the following movements from 10 - 1:

  • DB Reverse Lunges
  • DB Single Arm Presses

*Working from 10 down to 1 at an easy pace resting between sets (i.e. 10 Lunge + 10 SA Press ; 9 Lunge + 9 SA Press ; 8 Lunge + 8 SA Press)

WOD:

3 Rounds for Reps of:

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

  • 5 Power Snatches (95/65)
  • 5 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 2 minutes between sets
