  • :20s Dead Hang

 

Skill:

1) Review all movements and proper technique then...

 

2) 2x through: in 1:00 sets attempt to perform as many reps or hold as long as possible...

 

  • 1:00 Tripod Hold or Forearm Plank
  • 1:00 Supinated Grip Bar Hang
  • 1:00 Alternating Pistols or Reverse Lunges
  • 1:00 Muscle Ups or Chin Ups
