Warmup:

800m Run

-then-

3x through:

  • 7 Snatch Grip Push Press
  • :20s BB OH Hold
  • 7 Back Squats
  • :20s Table Hold

Strength:

I) Review movement, proper technique, & positions...

II) Perform the following:

  • EMOM for 7 minutes: 2 Snatches (50-65%)
  • EMOM for 7 minutes: 1 Snatch (65-85%)

WOD:

Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 3:10 KB Snatch (24/16)
  • 3:10 Calorie Row or Bike
  • 3:10 Burpee to Plate (45/25)
  • 3:10 SDHP (75/55)
