  • 7 KB Strict Press
  • 7 Goblet Squats

Skill:

10 - 1 Strict Press & Dips

Perform 10 Strict Press + 10 Dips then

Perform 9 Strict Press + 9 Dips then

8 Strict Press + 8 Dips

etc...

*increase weight as you go*

**if you can do Muscle Ups please do 1 MU + Dips**
