  • 10 Shoulder Circles (Forward & Reverse)

16 Rounds for time with a partner:

  • 7 Power Cleans (96/65)
  • 4 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 7 OH Plate Lunges (45/25)
  • 4 Muscle Ups OR Burpee Pullups
  • 150M Row

*Alternate each round with your partner = Partner 1 completes a full round, then Partner 2 completes a full round, etc….etc
