Warmup:

Team Hip Stretch

-then-

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • Slow Bear Crawl (down)

Strength:

'Front Squat + 2 Push Press'

I) Review both movements and proper technique

II) Spend 10-15 minutes building in weight over 7 total sets!

WOD:

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes perform the following:

  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/105)
  • AMRAP Double Unders
