  • 2 @ 70
  • 2 @ 75
  • 1 @ 80
  • 1 @ 85

WOD:

AMRAP in 14 minutes of:

  • 30 Burpees to Plate (25)
  • 20 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 10 KB Clean & Jerk (24/16)
  • Rest 2 minutes
