  • 10 Around the Worlds

With a 5:00 running clock accumulate as much time in a Freestanding Handstand Hold as possible...YAY!

*Please use the wall to hold yourself up if needed

**Please scale with a Max Effort Handstand Hold from a Wall Walk

Skill:

'Overhead Squats........from the floor'

I) Review movement and proper technique

II) Spend 15 minutes building AHAP based on skill level:

  • Beginner: OHS X 4 (no tempo)
  • Intermediate: OHS X 4 (3 seconds down)
  • Advanced: OHS X 4 (3 seconds down + 2 seconds @ rock bottom)

WOD:

6 Rounds For Time:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Thrusters (95/65)
