I) Review movement and proper technique then...

II) Every :90s complete one set of Power Cleans at the following percentages:

  • 3 @ 40%
  • 3 @ 50%
  • 3 @ 60%
  • 2 @ 70%
  • 2 @ 75%
  • 2 @ 80%
  • 1 @ 85%
  • 1 @ 90%
  • 1 @ 90%
  • 1 @ 95%

WOD:

3 Rounds For Time:

  • 20 Front Squats (115/85)
  • 20 Push Press (115/85)
  • 20 Pullups (CTB if you can)
