I) Review movement and proper technique...
II) Perform 4 sets of the following:
- Back Squats 18.104.22.168 - the period denotes a :30s rest (i.e. you will do 5 Back Squats - rack it - rest :30s - then do 5 more - repeat)
- Please use the heaviest weight possible!
Every 6 minutes for 18 minutes perform:
- 500m Row
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 12 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
- 9 Deficit Pushups (parallettes)
