Warmup:

 

5 minutes Double Under Practice

Team Hip Stretch

 

Strength:

 

'Back Squats'

 

I) Review movement and proper technique...

 

II) Perform 4 sets of the following:

 

  • Back Squats 5.5.5.5 - the period denotes a :30s rest (i.e. you will do 5 Back Squats - rack it - rest :30s - then do 5 more - repeat)
  • Please use the heaviest weight possible!

 

WOD:

 

Every 6 minutes for 18 minutes perform:

 

  • 500m Row
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 12 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 9 Deficit Pushups (parallettes)
