Team PVC Warmup

Speed Ladder/Dynamic

Skill:

'Rings on Rings'

I) Discuss/review several new techniques including:

  • Low Ring Positions (i.e. 45, Parallel, 45 Turn Out)
  • T-Outs & Y-Outs
  • Weighted Dips
  • L-Sit Holds

II) After review spend 10 minutes working on any of the movements that we just reviewed!

WOD:

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes perform:

  • 120ft Sprint (30ft X 4)
  • 10 KB Snatch (24/16)
  • 10 Toes to Bar
