'Deck of Cards'

 

AMCAP in 30 minutes:

 

  • Diamonds = Wall Balls (20/14)
  • Clubs = SDHP (95/65)
  • Hearts = Push Press (95/65)
  • Spades = Abmat Situps
  • Joker = 25 Burpees
  • Aces = 400m Run

 

Face Cards = 10 reps

 

*Grab a partner or two! 

 

**For example, 7 of Hearts = 7 Push Presses - each teammate must complete the 7 Push Presses before another card is drawn!

 

***Work through as many cards in the deck as you can in 30 minutes!
