  • EMOM for 5-10 minutes: 1 Muscle Up & 2 Burpees
  • EMOM for 5-10 minutes: 7 Pushups & 7 Pullups
  • EMOM for 5-10 minutes: 3 T2B + 3 Pullups + 3 CTB Pullups 
  • EMOM for 5-10 minutes: 3 Bar Muscle Ups
