'Turkish Get Ups'

I) Review movement and proper technique then...

II) Spend 10 minutes building to a heavy TGU on both arms!

WOD:

Workout is done as a team of two...

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • Partner #1: Hold @ Top of Deadlift (135/95)
  • Partner #2: AMRAP Wall Balls (20/14)

@ the 12:00 mark...

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

  • Partner #1: Hold @ Top of Deadlift (135/95)
  • Partner #2: AMRAP Toes to Bar

*Partners may switch as much as needed but no work is counted unless a Hold is being completed!
