  • Min 2: 2 Thrusters
  • Min 3: 3 Thrusters
  • Min 4: 4 Thrusters.....
  • etc
  • etc
  • etc

**Weights DO NOT increase every minute and should be taken from the floor**

WOD:

2 minutes to complete 2 rounds of:

  • 10 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)

3 minutes to complete 2 rounds of:

  • 12 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
  • 12 Box Jumps (24/20)

4 minutes to complete 2 rounds of:

  • 14 Hang Power Snatch
  • 14 Box Jumps

5 minutes to complete 2 rounds of:

  • 16 Hang Power Snatch
  • 16 Box Jumps

**If you fail to complete the work in that minute go to Part II**

AMRAP until clock hits 14:00 of:
